Have a minimum of 1 year’s NHS experience
Have completed Foundation Training by August 2025 or earlier
Have A&E experience, including time in minors or Urgent Care
Be willing to relocate for at least 12 months
Have graduated from a UK or Irish medical school, or have worked full-time in the NHS for at least 3 years

Job Responsibility

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a fast-paced yet supportive clinical setting
Work in community-based clinics that provide walk-in care for a range of presentations – from minor injuries and illnesses to more acute cases
Typical caseload will include: Minor injuries (cuts, sprains, fractures)
Respiratory infections, coughs, and colds
Acute presentations and occasional resuscitations

Job Responsibility

Provide urgent care assessment and treatment for walk-in patients
Manage minor injuries and illnesses, including cuts, sprains, infections, coughs, and colds
Assess and stabilise occasional higher acuity or emergency presentations
Work collaboratively with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in supervised clinical practice during orientation and induction periods
Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care within Urgent Care settings
Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Work flexibly across weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
