Anderselite is working in partnership with a small but growing design-led practice in Bristol to find a talented Urban Designer or Senior Urban Designer to join their collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong design instincts and a genuine passion for shaping great places. The studio works across the UK on a range of residential and mixed-use schemes, placing emphasis on high-quality, well-articulated masterplans and urban design frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Early-stage site analysis, conceptual design, and visioning through to illustrative masterplans and detailed documentation
  • Working on varied and engaging UK-based residential and urban design projects

Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Urban Design or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the UK
  • Strong UK-based residential and masterplanning experience
  • A design-led mindset
  • Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in outline masterplanning, concept development, and vision documents
  • Adobe Creative Suite (essential)

Nice to have:

  • Some experience in residential layout design is desirable
  • Vectorworks (desirable)
