Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily restaurant operations while driving sales, marketing, and financial performance
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members to build a strong leadership pipeline
Maintain exceptional food quality and service standards for every guest
Manage financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
Ensure brand standards and operational excellence across all departments
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience leading a full-service restaurant as a General Manager
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be 21 years of age or older
Food handler certification and working knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulations
