We’re looking for a dynamic, guest-focused leader to take the helm of our award-winning upscale casual restaurant. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations while driving sales, marketing, and financial performance
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and service standards for every guest
  • Manage financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Ensure brand standards and operational excellence across all departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience leading a full-service restaurant as a General Manager
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Food handler certification and working knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulations
