Job Description:

Upload Specialist are responsible for ensuring physical product and data is entered accurately and efficiently into various systems. Organize and maintain accurate and up to date records. Protect sensitive information by ensuring it is handled according to regulations and policies. Assist with the proper storge and destruction of physical product. Work closely with other departments to ensure various business operations are being performed accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organizing, scanning, and labeling of CAM products into various systems to ensure accurate documentation of products received daily
  • Uploading data and inputting physical information into various systems
  • Notifying team members via email of errors encountered while entering data and following up via email until the case is resolved
  • Maintain accuracy of data by updating records and entering new information as it becomes available
  • Properly dispose of or recycle physical CAM products after it has been stored for the appropriate amount of time according to regulations and policies
  • Assist in uploading data and inputting physical information into various systems for CAM products that were previously missed or delayed
  • Ensure timely responses to requests sent via Teams or Outlook
  • Assist if needed in organizing, scanning, and labeling of MCT products into various systems
  • Assist if needed in the disposal of or recycling of MCT products
  • Customer service duties (e.g. customer phone calls and emails) as required
  • Other duties as assigned
