  • Veeva Suggestions and Technology: Lead the portfolio approach and strategy for Veeva Suggestions, including business objectives, trigger strategy, message alignment, governance, field feedback loops, and performance measurement
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, modular content, omnichannel engagement, and scalable execution models to improve efficiency, consistency, and impact across the UPLIZNA portfolio
  • Support portfolio KPI tracking, dashboards, and measurement plans to help leadership assess progress, identify risks, and adjust execution as needed
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Case Management, Site of Care, Sales, Training, Analytics, and field leadership to align priorities, accelerate key growth opportunities, and improve the customer and patient experience
  • Collaborate with indication marketing leads to ensure UPLIZNA messaging, resources, field tools, and portfolio positioning are consistent where appropriate while supporting indication-specific needs
  • Embody Amgen Values and help foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across the UPLIZNA brand team and cross-functional partners
