Job Description:

An outstanding secondary school based in Croydon is seeking a passionate and motivated graduate to join their dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants and pastoral care staff. Aligning with the school’s values and ethos, the ideal candidate for the Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Secondary) role will provide support to individual children and small groups to benefit their learning experience. Job Responsibility:

Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom (KS3, KS4, KS5)
Providing 1:1 support to children with SEND/SEMH needs
Monitoring and recording interventions
Setting targets for individuals and small groups of children

Requirements:

Flexible, positive and hardworking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children including those with SEND/SEMH needs
A graduate with strong academics

What we offer:

No weekends, Term-Time only
