Job Description:

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and gaining valuable classroom experience? We are seeking motivated, adaptable Unqualified Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across the St Leonards region. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced support staff looking to step into a teaching role.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students with learning activities and engagement
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide feedback to teaching teams where required
Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
Maintain a calm, professional approach throughout the school day

Requirements:

Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
Reliable individuals with a genuine interest in education
Flexible availability and willingness to work across different schools
A proactive, can-do attitude

What we offer:

The pay stated is inclusive of the additional 12.07% PAYE holiday
