Job Description:

A fantastic Primary School in the Borough of Hackney are looking to recruit an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant. The role is full time and long-term, starting ASAP. You will work with children with SEN needs, including Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties, across Early Years classes. The school offers supportive staff, a diverse curriculum, and training opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties

Requirements:

Must have a good degree from a reputable University
Good understanding of SEN is required
Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
Passionate about supporting children with SEN
You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
Calm and compassionate nature
