Job Description:

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Southwark are looking to fill multiple Unqualified Secondary Teacher vacancies for September 2025 starts. This is a full time, and permanent post. You will be working as an Unqualified Secondary Teacher within your subject specialisms, receiving Outstanding support from the schools’ award-winning teacher training programme. You will be jumping in the deep end, however the support is in place to ensure you succeed. Behaviour at the school is truly outstanding, so it’s no wonder that the school are in the top 1% in the UK for results and progress.

Job Responsibility:

Unqualified Teaching within your subject specialism
Teaching just 17 hours a week, receiving support and training throughout
Working across Year 7 to Year 10 to begin with
Enrolling onto the Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program (Teacher Training)

Requirements:

1st Class or 2:1 degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum content
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
