Job Description:

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School located in Bushey are on the hunt for an Unqualified MFL Teacher for an ASAP start. This is a full-time, and permanent position being paid via the school. Successful candidates shall have the opportunity to enroll onto the Assessment Only Route – This is where you shall complete a 12-week course, resulting at the end (if successful) the status of QTS – This is pending prior experience.

Job Responsibility:

Providing high quality cover lessons across the MFL department – KS3-4 basis
Having a subject specialism where your personal strengths lie
Raising attainment & the quality of learning
Inspiring & motivating young minds
Managing behaviour effectively
Working alongside the School covering all lessons

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the MFL curriculum required
Previous classroom experience is required
Show a passion and creative flare towards education and inspiring young minds
Understanding of the teaching standards

Nice to have:

Opportunity to enroll onto the Assessment Only Route for QTS status
