Job Description:

Unqualified English Teacher position at a popular, community driven secondary school in Hounslow teaching English lessons and covering independent study sessions for Years 10-13 with small class sizes.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching English lessons across Years 10, 11, 12 and 13
Gradually increasing to between 5 & 10 lessons per week
Covering independent study sessions
Working with small class sizes of 10 maximum

Requirements:

Bright graduate with a 2:1 or 1st class degree
Ideally an English graduate, or at least English A Levels
Personable, confident and able to form strong professional relationships
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Able to commit 5 days per week

Nice to have:

Transferrable experience such as tutoring or group control with children in another setting like sports
Opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
