Job Responsibility

Terminal Management and Monitoring: Responsible for daily management of unmanned retail terminals within the region, ensuring stable equipment operation
promptly identify and coordinate the resolution of equipment faults, out-of-stock situations, product jams, and other abnormalities, and formulate and implement emergency response procedures
manage the optimization of terminal site layouts, perform evaluation and implementation of new site placements, and replace or upgrade outdated equipment
manage and supervise the maintenance team (simple repairs, restocking, etc.) and ensure service quality
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Based on sales data, formulate and optimize restocking plans and routes for each terminal
monitor inventory levels, analyze turnover rates and loss rates, and develop and implement strategies to reduce losses
work closely with the supply chain/warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to each site
manage product display, pricing, and information updates within terminals
Sales and User Operations: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data (product sales volume, sales amount, average transaction value, time distribution, user purchasing behavior, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and problem areas
develop and implement targeted product selection optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional activity plans to increase single-point sales and overall profitability
