We're looking for someone organised, switched on and interested in marketing, social media and campaigns. You'll support the planning, execution and performance of content across social, ads and email — working directly with the brand director and alongside the creative team. This role aligns with the level 3 multichannel marketer apprenticeship pathway, focused on campaign planning, delivery and performance across platforms. You'll be working inside a fast-moving creative and marketing environment, contributing to live campaigns, events, brand activity and closely working with a high energy sales environment. The work you produce won't sit in a folder — it will be seen. The pace is high, things move quickly, priorities shift and not everything will be perfectly planned, that's intentional, we're building, testing and pushing constantly. You'll be working directly with the brand director, geting clear direction, honest feedback and real responsibility early on. In return, we expect you to be switched on, proactive and willing to improve quickly.
Job Responsibility
Manage and schedule social media content
Write captions, ad copy and basic marketing content
Support campaign planning and execution
Work with the designer to brief and deliver content
Assist with paid ads (meta, google)
Monitor performance and report insights
Support email campaigns and CRM activity
Keep marketing activity organised and on track
Requirements
16+ years old
English & maths GCSE or equivalent grade above C/4
