TA for Bangalore location. Job Roles and Responsibilities include updating current and designing new recruiting procedures, supervising the recruiting team, keeping track of recruiting metrics, implementing new sourcing methods, advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques, coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs, staying up to date on recruitment strategies, participating in job fairs and career events, building the company’s professional network, exploring market best practices in recruitment and staffing, building relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies, monitoring and reducing the costs of the recruitment process, conducting first level job interviews for managerial positions, and acting as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment requirements & queries.
