University Relations Program Specialist

• Maintain and update university relations datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting metrics, progress of pipelines
• Manage global partnerships with sourcing and engagement tools
• Monitor KPIs for global UR Team
• Develop a schedule of meaningful programs aimed at attracting students to apply for roles at Citi
• Work on event logistics for on campus events, virtual events
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their hiring needs
• Work in partnership with the wider global university relations team on planning and execution of virtual events
• Work in partnership with the Talent Attraction team on marketing campaigns
• Manage the relationship with our logistics providers
• Payment processing of invoices

• Experience in a similar role
• Event management experience
• Data/Analytical capabilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders
• Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage
• University degree or equivalent experience
