Job Description:

Abridge is looking for a passionate and strategic University Recruiting Program Manager to establish and scale our early talent programs. As our first hire dedicated to early careers, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our university programs, shaping how students and new grads experience Abridge and telling our story on campus and beyond. This role will be foundational in shaping our long-term talent brand, cultivating strong university partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for early career talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build Abridge’s university presence: Establish Abridge as a destination for top student talent by developing authentic, engaging, and differentiated brand campaigns
  • Own early career programs: Design and manage scalable internship, PhD, and new graduate programs, from sourcing through conversion
  • Tell our story: Partner with Marketing and People teams to create compelling content (social, digital, on-campus materials) that showcases Abridge’s mission, culture, and impact
  • Strategic partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with faculty, career centers, and student organizations to deepen Abridge’s campus presence
  • Event leadership: Plan and execute high-impact recruiting events (tech talks, career fairs, hackathons), ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our talent brand
  • Candidate experience: Deliver a transparent, human-centered recruiting journey through high-touch and transparent communications that represent our brand
  • Intern program management: Onboard and support interns, coordinate mentorship, facilitate feedback, and drive intern-to-full-time conversion
  • Measure and refine: Track metrics like conversion rates, brand reach, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve impact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • at least 3 years focused on early talent programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • proven success building or scaling programs that blend recruiting with strong employer branding
  • full-cycle recruiting expertise: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • strong program and event management skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • data orientation—experience measuring conversion rates, event ROI, and candidate experience metrics
  • Ashby ATS experience a plus
  • willingness to travel to universities and recruitment events as needed

Nice to have:

  • You’ve launched talent brand campaigns or built university recruiting strategies for engineering-heavy organizations (software, AI, or healthcare tech)
  • You bring creative ideas to campus branding and talent marketing
  • You’re energized by the ambiguity of building programs from scratch and thrive on taking ownership
What we offer:
  • Generous Time Off: 14 paid holidays, flexible PTO for salaried employees, and accrued time off for hourly employees
  • Comprehensive Health Plans: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for all full-time employees and their families
  • Generous HSA Contribution: If you choose a High Deductible Health Plan, Abridge makes monthly contributions to your HSA
  • Paid Parental Leave: Generous paid parental leave for all full-time employees
  • Family Forming Benefits: Resources and financial support to help you build your family
  • 401(k) Matching: Contribution matching to help invest in your future
  • Personal Device Allowance: Tax free funds for personal device usage
  • Pre-tax Benefits: Access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Commuter Benefits
  • Lifestyle Wallet: Monthly contributions for fitness, professional development, coworking, and more
  • Mental Health Support: Dedicated access to therapy and coaching to help you reach your goals
  • Sabbatical Leave: Paid Sabbatical Leave after 5 years of employment
  • Compensation and Equity: Competitive compensation and equity grants for full time employees
