Job Description

GE Vernova is seeking a University Recruiting Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our high-volume early-career talent team in our EMEA region. This role will be responsible for partnering in helping to set the strategy, managing the execution, and driving the operational excellence for all intern, co-op, and entry-level hiring across designated business units. The Manager will directly lead and develop a small team, including the University Recruiter and the University Recruiting Coordinator, ensuring alignment with GE Vernova's talent needs and campus strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Conceive and execute the full range of talent recruitment activities, from sourcing to interviewing and offers, and all associated operational and administrative work
  • Partner in helping to set the strategy, managing the execution, and driving the operational excellence for all intern, co-op, and entry-level hiring across designated business units
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop the University Recruiter and University Recruiting Coordinator
  • Set clear performance metrics and goals for the team
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team environment
  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive university recruiting strategy
  • Partner with the Global UR Leader and business leaders and HR partners to forecast annual talent needs

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Significant experience as Talent Acquisition Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role with a dedicated focus on early career or university recruiting

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing a strategic, high-volume campus recruiting plan for a large organization
  • Deep understanding of high-volume recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, and key metrics in the university space
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior business and HR leaders
