Join Our Purpose - Feeding the Future. Role: Universal Production Worker. Compensation: $19.75/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium (2nd shift only). Location: Companion Animal - Neosho - 1440 Malcolm Mosby. Hours: 2nd Shift: M-F, 1 pm-9 pm. Vacancy Type: Replacement. Job Responsibility:

  • Discharging, loading, transporting, and labeling materials
  • Operating specialized machinery
  • Performing routine operational processes
  • Executing small maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Accurately logging data into appropriate systems
  • Signaling process deviations
  • Ensuring work area remains clean and safe in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate specialized equipment and machinery
  • Skills to periodically inspect equipment, execute small maintenance tasks, and accurately log data into production systems
  • Ability to strictly follow mandatory work instructions and comply with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to personal accountability and teamwork
