Job Description:

The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers in coordination with the Branch team. The overall objective is to effectively execute all service transactions and sales referral routines to deepen client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers
Execute service transactions (deposits, payments, address changes, replacement card orders, disputes)
Execute sales referral routines to deepen client relationships
Approach and engage clients in branch lobby
Educate clients on self-service capabilities and digital channels
Resolve client complaints/issues promptly
Maintain acceptable record in daily drawer balancing
Adhere to Citibank policies, standards, and operational controls

Requirements:

1-3 years relevant experience
Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Basic computer and digital tools skills
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:
