Job Description:

Universal Banker role at HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking division, responsible for implementing TCF principles and ensuring effective delivery of branch customer interface functions to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Implement TCF principles in day to day customer dealings
Ensure effective delivery of branch customer interface functions
Contribute to improving productivity in the branch
Maintain branch hygiene standards
Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints/escalations
Adhere to operational standards and compliance with laws/regulations
Remain alert and report suspicious activities related to sanctions and AML
Complete mandatory AML and sanctions training
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Manage risk and maintain internal control standards

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company's customer service requirements
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
