Job Description:

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), HSBC serves 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, delivering borderless banking and wealth management solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately identify customer needs and assist customers in completing transactions/services in a timely, accurate and professional manner through appropriate channels
Assist branches in providing efficient, high-quality customer service and a satisfying customer experience
Perform KYC and comply with relevant laws and regulations to reduce operational risks
Be vigilant about potential risks associated with services and transactions
Based on customers’ needs, identify sales opportunities and refer customers to sales personnel for further discussion, portfolio/product review and service
Assist the bank in achieving its sales targets and wealth management strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above (recognized by the state)
Has strong sense of responsibility for work and excellent learning ability
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Has organizational and coordination skill as well as strong self-motivation skill
Able to communicate well both in English and Chinese
