Job Description:

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), HSBC serves a broad range of customers by providing wealth management and borderless banking. This role involves working at the branch level to improve productivity, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Contributes to improving productivity in the branch
Maintain branch hygiene standards
Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints/escalations
Establish mutual respect and trust in dealing with others
Adherence to operational standards set by the bank
Comply with laws, regulations, and AML policy
Remain alert for and report unusual activities
Assist with AML investigations
Maintain employee training on AML and sanctions policy
Notify management of transaction inconsistencies
Conduct due diligence to align transactions with customer profiles.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
