Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Contributes to improving productivity in the branch
Maintain branch hygiene standards
Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints/escalations
Establish mutual respect and trust in dealing with others
Adhere to overall operational standards set by the bank
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and local guidelines related to Sanctions and AML
Remain alert and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate entities
Ensure regulatory compliance for activities like cash deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and other services
Manage the platform service stream and enhance customer service quality
Maintain HSBC internal control standards and address audit points.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
