Job Description:

Universal Banker role within HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) serving customers with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class, mobile-first capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately identify customer needs and assist customers in completing transactions/services
Assist branches in providing efficient, high-quality customer service
Perform KYC and comply with relevant laws and regulations
Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to sales personnel
Assist the bank in achieving its sales targets and wealth management strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above (recognized by the state)
Strong sense of responsibility for work
Excellent learning ability
Strong communication skills
Client focus and influencing skills
Organizational and coordination skills
Strong self-motivation skills
Able to communicate well both in English and Chinese
