Job Description:

The Universal Banker role at HSBC involves providing high-level customer service, adherence to AML and compliance policies, and ensuring operational efficiency in branch operations. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing complaints, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints or escalations
Adherence to overall operational standards set by the bank
Report unusual activities and ensure compliance with AML and sanction policies
Undertake necessary due diligence to ensure transactions align with customer profiles
Ensure customer service requirements are met and regulatory guidelines are followed
Train and stay updated on Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions guidelines

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
