Job Description:

Universal Banker role in International Wealth and Premier Banking helping deliver HSBC's purpose of opening up a world of opportunity by providing customers with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Implement TCF principles in day to day dealing with customers
Ensure effective delivery of branch customer interface functions
Contribute to improving productivity in the branch
Maintain branch hygiene standards
Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints/escalations
Adhere to operational standards and compliance with laws/regulations
Remain alert and report suspicious activities related to sanctions and AML
Complete mandatory AML and Sanctions training
Ensure adequate due diligence on transactions
Migrate customers to alternate delivery channels

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company's customer service requirements
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
