Job Description:

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) serves 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. The role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying sales opportunities to help the bank achieve its targets.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately identify customer needs and assist customers in completing transactions/services in a timely, accurate and professional manner through appropriate channels
Assist branches in providing efficient, high-quality customer service and a satisfying customer experience
Perform KYC (know your customer) and comply with relevant laws and regulations to reduce operational risks
Based on customers’ needs, identify sales opportunities and refer customers to sales personnel with the relevant qualifications for further discussion, portfolio/product review and service

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above (recognized by the state)
Has strong sense of responsibility for work and excellent learning ability
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Has organizational and coordination skill as well as strong self-motivation skill
Able to communicate well both in English and Chinese
