We’re looking for a Unity-focused DevOps / Build Engineer to own and improve our game build and deployment pipeline. Your main responsibility will be ensuring reliable, reproducible, and automated builds across our target platforms, and making sure releases go out smoothly and on time. You will work closely with game developers, artists, and producers to remove friction from the build and release process.
Job Responsibility:
Design, maintain, and improve automated Unity build pipelines
Set up and manage CI/CD for Unity (batch mode builds)
Own build, versioning, and release processes
Debug and fix failed or slow Unity builds
Manage build environments (Windows / macOS / Linux build agents)
Handle platform-specific packaging and deployment: PC (Steam or standalone), Mobile (iOS / Android), if applicable
Implement build validation and basic tests
Improve build times and reliability
Document build and release procedures for the team
Requirements:
3+ years experience with Unity in a professional or shipped project
