We are looking for a mid-level Unity Developer to join the team full-time in a hybrid role focused on bug fixing, validation, and small feature polish. This developer will work closely with QA and the existing Unity team to identify, reproduce, and resolve low-complexity, high-repro issues, and to maintain build quality throughout development.
Job Responsibility:
Investigate and fix simple, high-repro Unity bugs across gameplay, UI, tools, or logic
Reproduce issues reported by QA and validate fixes directly in the project
Collaborate daily with QA (GlobalStep team) to understand expected behavior and game context
Trigger new Unity builds after fixes and ensure they meet stability expectations
Implement small improvements or polish tasks when required
Maintain clean and well-structured code aligned with project standards
Communicate clearly with designers, QA, and other developers regarding the status of fixes
Requirements:
+3-4 years of experience as a Unity Developer (C#)
Good understanding of Unity workflows: prefabs, scenes, components, debugging
Ability to quickly identify and resolve low-complexity issues
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Comfortable collaborating with QA teams and working with issue trackers
Ability to produce small features or polish tasks when requested
Good communication skills and ability to work independently within a team
Nice to have:
Experience on shipped games or prototypes
Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI build usage
Understanding of gameplay systems and UI frameworks in Unity
