Unit People & Culture Manager

• Act as trusted advisor to Unit Manager and management team on People & Culture topics
• Lead and develop the unit's People & Culture team
• Translate global and country people strategies into local action
• Support and coach leaders to grow their capabilities
• Drive talent development and succession planning
• Oversee delivery of learning and training programs
• Ensure consistent employer communication
• Implement co-worker relations plans
• Collaborate on people planning and staffing optimization

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for people and commitment to IKEA values
• Proven track record of developing leadership capabilities
• Experience implementing leadership development programs
