Job Description:

Support Unit P&C Manager, and managers and co-workers to be able to deliver their result and create an excellent co-worker experience. Provide people subject matter expertise, process people operations matters and ensure that the localized people strategies are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. Contribute to constructive cooperation with workers council/unions where applicable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute all operational People tasks at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
  • Support the building of local business competence & performance working on relevant People goals
  • Support and collaborate with the Unit P&C Manager to implement the People Strategy
  • Ensure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents with the right contracts in close collaboration with the Recruitment Delivery Team SO and unit People Planning specialist
  • Design and execute delivery of learning & training at unit level
  • Securing engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers
  • Implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives at unit level
