Unit People & Culture Business Partner role at IKEA CDC Vancouver, responsible for implementing business and people plans, talent management, and safeguarding IKEA culture and values

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes
  • Enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities
  • Support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit
  • Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit
  • Act as the voice of the co-worker
  • Secure that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work
  • Safeguard co-worker experience

Requirements:

  • University degree and 3 years of related experience
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
