The Unit People & Culture Business Partner role at IKEA involves ensuring daily People processes and routines are secured and efficiently delivered, implementing people approaches, coaching and advising leaders, and ensuring talent and succession goals are achieved. The role requires a Human Resources background with 5-7 years of experience as a Generalist and a proven record of developing people and organisations.

ensuring that line managers develop business competence & leadership competence

Requirements:
Human Resources background with 5-7 years experience as a Generalist
proven record of developing people and organisations
experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects
knowledge of implementing long-term plans
knowledge of creating co-worker engagement and developing talents
knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers and employers
knowledge of identifying, assessing, encouraging and ensuring co-workers´ performance
knowledge of introducing a co-worker to IKEA
knowledge of using, governing and managing partnership models
