Job Responsibility:

  • Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience
  • In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities
  • Support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change
  • Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker

Requirements:
