Job Responsibility

  • Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level Agreements, including updating personnel files, compiling and managing people data, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, and booking and coordinating People & Culture-related travel, meetings, and events
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to Learning & Development in line with Service Level Agreements, including scheduling training sessions, arranging meeting rooms, and registering participants and facilitators
  • Collaborate closely with the Country People Delivery team to share best practices and avoid duplication of work
  • Continuously contribute to improving service delivery, aiming for the highest and most consistent standard
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks that help create a great and efficient co-worker experience
