Job Description:

Implement people planning strategy at unit level to secure the People Planning promise by following the principles, process and guidelines as localised by Country P&C. Ensure adherence to IKEA employment standards, local legislation, and union requirements. Lead partnership with department managers for scheduling, collaborate on people planning priorities, and serve as link between P&C and Business Navigation.

Collaborate with department managers on people planning priorities
Link between unit P&C and Business Navigation
Apply tools and data analysis for people planning process
Consolidate business drivers and qualification needs
Support co-worker talent development through multi-skilling opportunities
Ensure vacancies are reviewed against defined requirements
Contribute to awareness of people planning principles
Ensure timely evaluation of timecards for payroll
Support digital people planning solutions implementation

Requirements:

Implement people planning strategy at unit level

Lead partnership with department managers to co-create and post schedules
Collaborate with department managers to develop unit people planning priorities
Be active link between unit P&C and unit Business Navigation
Apply available tools and relevant data analysis
Consolidate business drivers, workload factors and qualification needs
Collaborate with recruiting manager and P&C Manager
Contribute to awareness and knowledge of people planning principles
Ensure timely evaluation of timecards for payroll processes
Support development and implementation of digital people planning solutions
