Job Responsibility:

Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care
Running the entire place when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent
Reporting on resident mobility issues
Asking for samples for monitoring
Administering medicine
Maintaining resident dignity and well being above all

Requirements:

Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults
Positive energy and natural ability to get along with people
Ready to take real accountability
Considerate and kind communication
Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken
Required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to role and undertake additional training in associated areas
