Job Description:

Unit Manager - Clinical with interest in Dementia Care. Supporting the care home management team to deliver high quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the care home management team to deliver high quality care
  • Lead a team of nurses, senior carers and carers
  • Enhance and promote the resident's quality of life through effective care planning
  • Manage and participate in the rota
  • Support the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing the medication systems

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
