Job Description:

The unit Lean Leader plays an important role in driving the country's implementation of Lean ways of working. The assignment requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate teams, navigate complex challenges, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. The Lean Ways of Working initiative is part of Job 9 - Simplicity and is led by the Market Operations Lean team. Our mission is to empower co-workers to eliminate waste in their daily work, which enhances efficiency, reduces costs and improves customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Drive country implementation of Lean ways of working
Empower co-workers to eliminate waste in daily work
Build culture of continuous improvement
Enable teams to work smarter and deliver better outcomes
Develop continuous improvement capability in unit via training, workshops and activities
Apply lean ways of working to daily operations
Inspire and motivate teams
Navigate complex challenges
Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
Foster coaching culture that empowers teams to think critically and act efficiently

Requirements:

Dynamic leader with passion for continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
Experience driving transformation by embedding Lean ways of working across unit-level operations
Expertise in training managers in Lean principles
Experience facilitating impactful workshops
Experience guiding teams through complex change processes
Skilled at identifying operational improvement opportunities
Experience leading process enhancements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to build trust
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in the unknown
Proactive mindset with can-do attitude
