Job Description:

The Creative Leadership MA at UAL is a fully online course that examines leadership as both an inventive practice and a relational act. It is designed for both emergent and established leaders who have the desire to creatively reframe what it means to lead in the 21st century. We are looking for an experienced educator with specialist knowledge of creative leadership to contribute to developing this new fully online postgraduate programme at Central Saint Martins. Unit Leaders working in this model of design and development are the primary subject matter experts responsible for defining the curriculum, developing projects and assessment briefs, and for the authoring of course resources. This is a fixed term opportunity; you’ll work 2 days per week for 8.5 months starting in early June 2026. The role is to design and develop the content for a specified unit.

Requirements:

  • experienced educator with specialist knowledge of creative leadership
  • academic knowledge of foundational leadership principles, theories and firsthand experience of creative methods and approaches
  • may have taught management, business, entrepreneurship and/or creative practice and theory in a higher education context, or through coaching or professional development
  • good team working skills
  • ready to work in fast paced and highly collaborative production environment
  • open to the advantages of flexible fully online delivery
  • availability to be in London occasionally for filming and occasional meetings
  • use of a personal computer
