Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Promote risk management in the unit
provide expertise on Ingka Rules and local legislation for a safe environment
plan proper trainings and facilitate for co-workers and external partners
support development of Risk & Compliance culture
develop systems to detect, analyse, and reduce business loss
report relevant figures to establish improvements
showcase social skills and high accessibility.

Requirements:

Experience from Safety, Security and/or Compliance area and knowledge of national/local legal demands
knowledge of Risk Management and Safety & Security processes, tools, and working methods
understanding of Ingka Group Risk & Compliance Framework and IKEA business and culture
understanding of local/national laws and regulations
self-reliance with ability to work as part of a team or independently
ability to prioritise and organise work
balance between overview and attention to detail
confident communication skills both verbally and in writing
ability to train and educate large groups
analytical and numerical skills
retail and/or home furnishing experience
strong sense of urgency and high availability
strong promotion of IKEA culture and values
passion for people, IKEA business, and IKEA culture
motivation to increase own Risk & Compliance knowledge.
