Requirements:

With a strong understanding of commerciality and competent stakeholder management skills, you are able to influence and negotiate effectively to position the IKEA Food function as a profitable business
You demonstrate excellent communication skills and are able to articulate and co-collaborate with various stakeholders and have extremely efficient time management skills to ensure projects and tasks are delivered in a timely manner
Along with experience in managing budgets and analyzing P&Ls, you have a strong understanding of gross margin and topline sales
You are able to lead your team from within and empower your coworkers to make a difference
