Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the property and the assets in the best shape and form with a long-term perspective
  • Coordinate and document operational tasks related to internal work, as well as services performed by external providers
  • Conduct regular meetings with different stakeholders
  • Monitor permits, licenses, certificates, and reports, and conduct checks to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as internal guidelines
  • Support procurement related to property services and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers
  • Contribute knowledge for budgeting and forecasting work alongside the Facility Manager
  • Prepare and present statistics and analytical reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience coordinating, organizing, or leading projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience or education (technical competence) in areas such as maintenance, construction, technology, or real estate
  • You are an early adapter and curious of various IT systems and tools
  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Skilled at building relationships
  • Accustomed to working against deadlines and have the ability to prioritize and plan your work
