Job Description:

Unit Facility Management Specialist role at IKEA Tempe, responsible for managing FM services, ensuring safety and compliance, supporting audits and budgeting, controlling operational costs, and maintaining facility standards.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Facilities Management services through FM direct suppliers including safety and compliance
Follow up quality of services delivered by suppliers
Support internal FM related audits and annual reviews
Support FM budgeting activities and annual business plan
Assist in controlling operational costs including reduction in utilities spend
Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures
Provide subject matter expertise and technical support in daily operations and projects
Participate in projects within FM related services
Do regular store inspections
Participate in IKEA's approach to sustainability

Requirements:

Experience in all aspects of FM related services
Strong contract management skills
Experience with service agreement management and KPI's with suppliers
Good understanding of Microsoft office programs including Excel and FM related software platforms
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Solution-focused mindset to resolve FM related issues
Ability to identify opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks
