Unit Facility Management Manager

• Manage Facilities Management services through Integrated FM supplier including safety and compliance
• Follow up quality of services delivered by IFM supplier
• Coordinate and execute internal FM related audits and annual reviews
• Support FM budgeting activities and annual business plan
• Control costs working in a cost-conscious way
• Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical support
• Participate in projects within FM related services

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong contract management skills
• Solution-focused mindset to resolve FM related issues
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks
• Good understanding of Microsoft office programs, particularly excel
