Unit Facility Management Manager

• Oversee all Facility Management aspects in the store to optimize the value and efficiency of the property in a sustainable way
• Responsible for each property to be maintained throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement
• Ensure co-workers, service providers and external partners have up-to-date awareness of all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives
• Responsible for all activities related to asset management, long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting
• Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level

• Five to eight years of people management experience
• End-to-end project management experience
• Experience in a retail Facilities Management environment
• Proven experience in budget management
• Proven experience in supplier management
• Leadership experience
• Facilities Management experience
