Job Description:

You'll be leading all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams, in one or more specific units to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way. We make sure to secure, build and maintain our physical locations - from stores to offices to factories – to meet the needs of the many people.

Job Responsibility:

Leading all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams
Providing a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, and customers
Implementing property management innovations, digital and technical solutions
Ensuring that co-workers, service providers and external partners understand all FM guidelines and initiatives
Managing long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope
Implementing and evaluating supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial Facilities role, or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers
Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective
