Job Description

Join Legal & General Asset Management (LGAM) as a Unit Dealing Speciliast where you’ll play a key role in delivering the accurate and timely execution of client orders across our pooled investment fund range. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of Client Service Operations—collaborating with colleagues, clients, and external partners to support high-quality service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Executing and peer‑reviewing client orders for LGIM’s pooled fund range
  • Monitoring inbound dashboards and managing scheduled order uploads
  • Facilitating repairs and reconciling outbound unit‑dealing workflows
  • Signing off order completion and releasing settlement proceeds to investors and external fund managers
  • Coordinating fund administration tasks including data management and reporting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers
  • Managing day‑to‑day queries to ensure accurate transactions and excellent customer service
  • Maintaining task lists and supporting the implementation of procedural and control enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience within a back or middle office environment in financial services
  • Understanding of investment management activities, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Cash Management, Settlements and Custody
  • Ability to follow procedures and manage operational risk effectively
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A collaborative, people‑centred approach to service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A team‑focused mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
