Job Responsibility
Take on ownership of the full customer experience, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing the Småland/Playroom area with a focus on safety, supervision, and customer satisfaction
Lead the Customer Operations assignment, strategy implementation and accountable for its performance
Lead the Customer Operations team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer-focused culture to create a rewarding customer experience
Set, analyze and ensure performance standards are met and corrective actions are implemented to ensure an excellent Customer Operations experience
Coach and support co-workers to achieve operational goals and objectives through excellence in Customer Operations
Secure that customer insights and competitor analysis, are used to identify initiatives and continuously to improve the Customer Operations experience
Requirements
You have amazing attention for details and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face
You have at least 3 years of direct Leadership experience in a high-volume Sales, Retail or Customer Service environment, leading small to medium sized teams
Your customer service and sales skills are top notch – you can assess a customer’s needs quickly and sell them a solution, providing all sorts of support to aid them in their buying decision
You are a total people-person and can strike up a conversation easily
You have an obvious passion for IKEA products and design, as well as our Sustainability commitment
