Unit Business Risk & Compliance Manager

• Lead, review, support and secure risk and compliance aspects for designated country
• Create and execute country Business Risk & Compliance plan based on risk register
• Lead creation of country specific risk and compliance insights
• Secure tactical and strategical risk insights for business planning
• Maintain country Risk Register
• Lead Crisis Management work and ensure crisis preparedness
• Implement standardized and automated ways of working
• Secure effective global Business Risk & Compliance frameworks
• Lead and develop high performing Business Risk & Compliance function
• Promote risk culture throughout country organization

• Excellent team management skills with active listening and communication
• Extensive risk management knowledge for international business environment
• Strong sense of integrity and high ethical standards
• Broad knowledge in occupational safety, fire safety, security and crisis management
• University degree and/or proven experience in risk management, compliance and internal control or internal audit
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in multinational organization
• Active Ontario Security License
• First-Aid Certificate

Managerial experience from running operation on site/store level, preferably store manager
